about React Native Guidelines Skill by @vercel-labs

React Native best practices optimized for AI agents. 16 rules across 7 sections.

Covers FlashList, memoization, and heavy computation patterns
Includes iOS/Android platform-specific guidance

our take

A compact set of React Native rules organised by importance, led by list performance and animation, then navigation and common UI patterns. Short enough to hand to an agent as a review checklist.

when to use it

Scrolling lists feel janky in a React Native app
You want animation and navigation reviewed against a checklist
You are starting a mobile project and want sensible defaults

before you install

Aimed at React Native specifically; do not apply the list rules to web React blindly
The source repository publishes no license, so we link to it rather than host a copy
