1. Overview

All skills on SkillDirectory are currently free, so there is nothing to purchase and no refund applies. This policy explains how refunds will work if we offer paid skills in the future.

2. Free skills

Free skills, including skills sourced from public GitHub repositories, are provided at no cost, so no refund applies.

3. Digital goods

If paid skills are offered, they will be delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because a download cannot be returned, purchases will generally be final once downloaded. We will state this clearly before checkout.

4. When we will refund

We will refund a paid skill if it is materially broken, does not match its listing, or you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge). Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. How to request a refund

Email admin@skilldirectory.dev with the email on your account, the name of the skill, and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued in US dollars to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights you have under federal or state consumer protection laws.

8. Changes
